My Favorite Beauty Products

July 6, 2017

Hello everyone! If you don't have time to watch my full video, or if you just wanted more details about my favorite products from the month of June, then here is a quick run down of my favs!

M.A.C. Studio Fix Fluid Foundation - $28

This foundation is offers oil-control, while providing medium to full coverage with a matte finish. It is available in 42 shades. It can purchased at any M.A.C. counter or store, as well as M.A.C.'s website.

Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder - $38.00

This translucent powder helps lock in makeup to ensure that it will stay in place all day long. It absorbs oil, reduces shines, and leaves your skin feeling silky smooth. It is available in the shades 'translucent' and 'translucent medium deep'. It can be purchased at Sephora.

Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer - $28.00

If you are looking for a buildable, weightless, high-coverage concealer, then this is the one for you! I always seem to go back to using this concealer, no matter how many others I try. It covers, brightens, and remains crease-free. These are all of the things that I'm looking for in a concealer! This concealer is available in 11 shades and can be purchased at Sephora and Ulta.

EcoTools Perfecting Blender Duo - $9.99

These sponges are perfect for blending out any liquid or cream face product. If you are looking for an inexpensive alternative for the Beauty Blender, this is a great option. These sponges are available at Ulta and most drugstores.

M.A.C. Velvet Teddy Lipstick - $17.99

Velvet Teddy is a deep-tone beige, matte lipstick. It is a great everyday, neutral shade that is easy to wear. It can purchased at any M.A.C. counter or store, as well as M.A.C.'s website.

Marc Jacobs Beauty Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara - $26.00

This mascara creates the illusion of wearing false eyelashes. It makes lashes look voluminous, thick, and dark. It is my new go-to mascara! It can be purchased at Sephora.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer - $23.00

The brow definer is by far the best brow product that I have ever used. The unique, triangle-tipped pencil makes it incredibly easy to apply and achieve a beautiful, natural appearance. The spooley on the end is a great addition to the pencil and helps to evenly disperse the product throughout the brows. This product can be purchased at Sephora and Ulta.

Lorac PRO Contour Palette with Contour Brush - $45.00

This contour palette comes with 3 highlighting and 3 contour shades. Each powder is velvety smooth and easy to blend. This is a great palette to use if you love contouring and highlighting, but don't want to deal with the fuss of applying and blending out cream products. This palette and brush set can be purchased at Ulta.

Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush - $ 29.00

Unfortunately, I believe the blush that I mentioned in my favorites video is only available as a birthday gift from Sephora (so be sure to sign up to become a Beauty Insider!). Luckily, Tarte makes some amazing blushes. Any shade is sure to look good! The shade shown above is called 'Exposed' and is similar to the one shown in my video. Tarte blushes can be purchased at Sephora and Ulta.

Origins Modern Friction Cleansing Oil - $29.00

This oil cleanser is suitable for all skin types. It is a gentle, dual-phase cleanser that starts off as an oil, then transforms into a cleansing milk when mixed with water. It is infused with radiance-boosting white and purple rice. For best results, shake the bottle before using. This product is available at Sephora and Ulta.

GLAMGLOW VOLCASMIC Matte Glow Moisturizer - $54.00

This lightweight, creamy moisturizer is great for people with normal, oily, or combination skin. It has helped to reduce my skin's oil production immensely! Even though the price point is higher than it is for most moisturizer, I definitely think it is worth the investment. You only use a little bit of the product for each application, plus it smells like orange sherbet! This product can be purchased at Sephora.

Murad Rapid Resurfacing Peel - $44.00

These resurfacing peel wipes work wonders! They can be used on all skin types and are a great solution for dryness, dullness, uneven texture, and uneven skin tone. I personally love them for my nose and chin because they help to exfoliate and smooth out any texture. Even though the price point may seem a little high for face wipes, you get 16 wipes per box and only have to apply the peel 1 to 2 times a week. This product can be found at Sephora and Ulta.

Sephora Collection Triple Action Cleansing Water - $12.00

I love this cleansing water and use it every night to remove my makeup! It removes all of my makeup quickly and with one swipe, unlike many facial cleansers. I typically apply the product to a cotton pad, then apply it to the skin. This product is sold exclusively at Sephora.

Simple Cleansing Facial Wipes - $9.99

I have been using these cleansing facial wipes for years. They are some of the only wipes that I've found that do not cause my skin to break out. They do not have a strong smell or make my skin irritated. They aren't anything amazingly special, but they are low priced and get the job done. These wipes can be found at Ulta and most drugstores.

St. Tropez Self Tanning Bronzing Mousse - $44.00

This is by far the best self-tanner that I have used. I prefer the mousse over the spray version, but both work well. When applied with the self-tanning mitt, the mousse blends evenly into the skin. The dark shade will give you a nice, bronzed look, but shouldn't look too extreme. My tan usually lasts anywhere from 5 days to a week, depending how many times I exfoliate. The product fades naturally and will not leave you looking blotchy.  This can be found at Sephora and Ulta.

Batiste Dry Shampoo - $7.99

I love this dry shampoo and its price! It soaks up the oil in my hair very quickly. It can be used as an instant refresher. There are multiple scents to choose from, and some are even tailored for specific hair colors. Personally, I do not like to use the one made for brunettes. Since it has a darker color, it can sometimes show up on clothing and your skin. This product can be found at Ulta and most drugstores.

Thank you for reading this post. I hope that it has been helpful! Let me know what some of your favorite products are. If you decide to try any of these products, let me know how they worked for you!
